My sister and I never really venture to Silverlake, but we had a photoshoot we needed to do (gotta keep the ‘gram fresh of course) and were looking for new spots to shoot at. Introduce Silverlake Pool & Inn. It is this SUPER cute, dog-friendly little hotel in Silverlake with the chicest pool, cutest cafe, and loads of dog treats at the front desk for all the guests’ furry friends. 

While the hotel is not entirely vegan (as I assume you all would also assume), they did have plenty of vegan options marked on the cafe’s menu. My sister and I ate a protein bar for breakfast, so just got almond milk matcha and bruleed grapefruits. SO good!! I would eat it all over again rn. 

Also, the mini fridge and snack bar were filled with vegan options like this plant-based TCHO chocolate (which I subsequently bought like ten more bars online), popcorn, Swedish Fish, pistachios, and a few other items. Not to mention, La Colombe oat milk lattes?? Fuck me up. (Obvs, it comes at an additional charge, but yolo. The stomach wants what it wants.)

The best part of the hotel? It’s literally right next door to EREWON. Like are you kidding? You could stay there for days and never need to cook a meal or order food. We literally hopped on next door and enjoyed some Erewon by the pool. (Also, please ignore the cupcakes. Upon further inspection, they were not vegan and we gave them to the front desk to enjoy. However, that buffalo cauliflower is INSANELY good).
