Vegan at Milk Bar Los Angeles

GOT MILK? As a vegan, should I rather say: NOT MILK? Get it? Did you see my play on words there? You sure?

So most of you know the Momofuku dessert bar in Manhattan called the Milk Bar, created by legendary pastry chef Christina Tosi (my literal idol). For those of you who don’t know what it is, Milk Bar is a dessert shop that sells creative and unique cakes, pies, cookies, ice creams, etc… all inspired by our favorite childhood sweet treats!

Now although the store is predominantly non-vegan (sad face), they do offer a selection of about 3-4 vegan cookies in both the NYC and LA locations. One is called the Compost cookie (which has everything in it, including chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, you name it), a double chocolate cookie (taste like a brownie), and a few other flavors I can’t remember. Yes, they are all baller.

However, the difference between the NYC locations and the newly opened Los Angeles location is… *drumroll*… the LA one has VEGAN DOLE WHIP!!

Brb, I’m gonna go scream like that Jonah Hill GIF.

Literal Dole Whip. Not only does it taste the same as Disneyland’s Dole Whip, but it also has the same firm consistency as it! It pretty much IS Dole Whip. I don’t think you can tell the difference between this one and the one at Disneyland TBH (unless you have hypersensitive taste buds??) Anyway, I would completely recommend coming here if you are as obsessed with Dole Whip as I am. Brb, gonna go snort some Dole Whip.
