Vegan at King’s St Coffee – NYC]

I’m sorry, LA, I hate to betray you by saying this but… everything is better in New York. The people, the pizza, the bagels, and, of course, the coffee shops. Will I explain myself or defend my position? Nope!

My friend, Rebecca, and I went to one of these adorable coffee shops after a sweaty AF workout class. The coffee shop was called King St. Coffee. It’s a cute little coffee shop in NoMad that is like half a plant shop (not actually sure if they were selling all the gorgeous plants) and half a coffee shop/bakery.

They had a bunch of dairy-free milk options available including soy, oat, coconut, almond, and homemade unsweetened almond. I ended up getting a decaf iced soy latte with sugar. It was BOMB. I know it was probably just your average run-of-the-mill NY coffee, but after having shitty LA coffee and Starbucks, this coffee just felt RIGHT. I also got their flax banana bread, which was one of two vegan options in their bakery section. It was so delicious and moist. 10/10 would get both again if I ever stumbled upon this place again.

And when I say stumble, I legit mean stumble. Walking after a sweaty workout class in the middle of NYC summer requires stumbling.
