Anyway, my friend Sophia and I were wandering through Grand Central Market when we came across PBJ.LA. It’s legit a little stand that makes massive gourmet Uncrustables. It’s 100% Plant Based. And they even sell different flavored almond milks to eat your PB and J with!

They have different flavored jams, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, chocolate, savory stuff, etc. SO COOL.

I got the “Old School” which came with peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, and I got a side of purple chips and a vanilla lavender almond milk. The PB and J was SUPER massive and really tasty. It definitely was missing some jelly so if I went back, I would totally add jam but I was pleasantly surprised.

I think people on Yelp said it was overpriced for what it was, but low-key, what did you expect? It’s legit a gourmet Uncrustable. Anyway, I liked it! I kind of want to try one with chocolate or jam in it….
