Vegan Cake Batter Oatmeal Recipe

Since I’m stuck in my apartment quarantining, I’ve been experimenting a lot in the kitchen. I had just recently bought some vegan sprinkles and decided I wanted to make some sort of “birthday cake” overnight oats. I don’t love overnight oats. In fact, I hate them. But I wanted to give them a second chance. THEN. I came across The Big Mans World website where I found a recipe for “healthy vanilla cake batter oatmeal” and I was so excited because it was actual oatmeal and not overnight oats. However, you still keep them in the fridge, instead of eating them warm, so it’s similar to overnight oats in that way.

This was literally amazing. It tasted like birthday cake rice pudding.  I thought I would be eating it for breakfast but I literally have been eating it for dessert. It’s THAT good. I didn’t have vanilla protein powder so instead of almond milk, I used my Owyn vanilla protein shake, and it came out literally amazing.
