Vegan at Borough Market in London

So amigas and amigos, yes London does have a million markets. There is Camden Market, Portobello Market, Brick Lane Market, and  of course, Borough.

If you have read my previous post on Camden Market (which you probs didn’t and like #whatever I’m not gonna cry about it …right now), most of the markets in London tend to have many vegan options!

Why you ask? Because American tourists and wannabe hipsters go to these markets! (and vegan weirdos like myself)

Anyway, I was pretty full from lunch so I didn’t get anything, but I did come to scout it out to see if there were any options for all you hungry lil vegans out there.

So here are the options listed, I will add photos below.

  1. Stand called “Koshari Street” (Had vegan Egyptian food)

DSC00984 2. Falafel stand with vegan falafel

DSC009863. Stand called “Bread Ahead” which had breads with all the ingrediants listed

DSC009894. Another stand called “Balkan Bites” with vegan potato and onion pockets

DSC009885. Lots of fresh fruit and fresh juice stands

So there you have it my lil vegan monsters. If any of your friends drag you to one of these hipster, touristy markets, at least you’ll be able to nosh on something while you wait for them to pick out which desserts and cookies they want. (I’m not salty, I swear #whatever).
