So guys Chiptole has some serious competition and it’s called Bibille. Not only is it more fresh than Chipotle (and also free from ecoli #neverforget), it is  a Korean version of Chipotle!!

So if you love rice bowls and you love asian food, you will love this place! And because I love rice bowls and I also love asian food, maybe you’ll love me too! #loveme 

Anyway, you basically just get a base of rice (they offer white, brown, and purple) and of course we got the purple because I attempt to make my life as magical as possible with every chance I get…and then you basically just top it with a protein and fresh shredded veggies and a sauce!

We topped it with beets, tofu, carrots, spouts, lettuce and terryaki sauce. 

It was really simple, fresh, tasty, and fillling and I would def recommend.

Unless, of course, you like getting ecoli and stuff. If that’s how you roll, then maybe you should just go back to Chiptole #sassqueen
