Vegan at Bacaro Restaurant- Providence, RI

Hey people of the world, as I’ve stated a million times in all my prior posts about this past weekend, my older sissy Sophie graduated from Brown University (yay her) and gave us a vegan food tour of the town (yay me).

She happened to have her graduation dinner at a nice restaurant called Bacaro and the restaurant was nice enough to make Bella and I an all vegan three-course meal. Baraco, you da real MVP. (Actually Sophie is because she ordered all the vegan food for us lol love you girl!)

Anyway, for the appetizer, they made THE MOST AMAZING beet avocado tartare for us. Not only was it beautiful to look at but it tasted like everything that is good and pure in this world. I don’t know if it’s on the regular menu, but if it is, do yourself a favor and order it.

For dinner, they made us fresh spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce. It was really good! I’m not the biggest pasta fan but I will never say no to solid carbs, am I right ladies??

Then for dessert, they served a grapefruit sorbet w/ plum slices on top. It was so fresh and real tasting, I wanted to down the whole thing in one bite. Like it was probs the most fresh sorbet I’ve eva had!

Anyway, congrats to Sophie! T’was nice to spend the dinner w/ da fam and all her college friends. Good food, good company, good fun.

Anyway, enjoy the face swap below that my sister and I did at dinner that night. Trippy, right? Doesn’t even look like a face swap. (Wait, is it even a face swap?) No I’m kidding. It is.
