Food Log

Logging in the food you eat throughout the day in a notebook, a phone app, or a stickie on the computer is a great way to be mindful of what you are eating. Olie and I recently shared a food log (i know, the common stereotype is that twins share everything, which is sometimes true, not always. But in this case, and i have no reason why, we shared a food log in). Olie’s food is logged in pink and mine is in orange. 

This is just an example of a food log in if you wanted to know how to make one. But you can do it however you like.

P.S. Sorry for my messy handwriting. it’s like the handwriting of a nine year old boy.  (i read a short story in school three years ago where a man broke up with his girlfriend when he found out she had ugly handwriting….i’ve been sccared ever since.)  #WhoCaresWeHaveMicrosoftWord
