VEGAN AT ST.REGIS BAHIA BEACH RESORT -PUERTO RICO

Hey y’all,

So a few years ago my sister and I traveled to the sunny, sassy island of Puerto Rico, home of our grandparents and close relativos. During our stay, we stayed at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort and there happened to be a poolside restaurant that offered a few varieties to vegan divas (aka us); however, it has been a while since we have returned and upon checking the menu, a few of the options seem to have been taken off. But we assume with advance notice, they can still prepare these dishes. (They also have fresh fruit salad, sweet plantains, and certain salads that can be tweaked)

At the Seagrapes lunch restaurant, my sister and I dined on a healthy meal of sweet potato fries and chips with salsa/guac, as well as virgin coladas (Please take note of my sarcasm). Here are pics of our meal! (We did not touch that mayo by the way, totally not vegan)

Then at the spa, they also have a wonderful (vegan of course) selection of dried fruit and lemon water!!!  Image

So yah, if you ever find yourselves roaming the sandy beaches of this ‘swonderful hotel, grab yourself a seat at Seagrapes and enjoy some appetizers for your entire stay! (jk, you can probably have the hotel whip you up something a little more nutritious in advance but we like to keep things simple on vacay)

Adios amigas

This was a great find for me and my friends! I was a reugalr traveller to Gran Canaria for many years, and this was a great way to link up with the hot spots and best situations in and around the local areas! Really easy to use, and i’ll be recommending this site to all! Thanks ..
