Thank you to my bestie Monica for inviting me to stay with her in Paris. Always SO SO SO much fun staying with her in Paris!!!

Her and her family invited me to dinner at one of their favorite restaurants in Paris called Le Chemise. Monica’s mom loves it so much, she tried to steal their chef! LOL! It’s a very casual restaurant, but the food is super simple but delicious.

The owner (or manager?) was super accommodating to my vegan restrictions and had the chef prepare me something special. I had a mixed green salad with balsamic glaze and it sounds lame but was actually incredible? Like this chef really is a genius.

For the main course, the chef whipped up a rice, veggie, ginger soy sauce dish that was so yummy!! Like this guy whipped this shit up on the spot. Like go you dude! (Im assuming he was a guy? Is that sexist?)

I even got dessert! Fresh fruit sorbet!!! Pear, raspberry, and apple. So light and refreshing. I’d say this dinner was a success!
