So guys, the sis, my friend Monica, and I wanted to have a fun Sex in the City-like morning and decided to have lunch at Freds at Barneys because we were feeling fancy and wanted to, OKAY??? 

So anyway, Freds is sort of a high end lunch place located in Barneys (a high-end department store like Bloomingdales if everything in Bloomingdales was tripled in price. Ya feel me? #crying) but surprisingly, they have a TON of vegan options. If you feel like splurging, I recommend coming here with friends who aren’t vegan because they have options for everyone! Oh, happy days! 

Anyway, on the menu, all the vegan items are marked “vegan” which actually made me scream on the inside like a little girl (or a little boy, lets not be sexist). Anyway, they had a vegan vegetable soup (It was a special), a vegan chopped salad, and A FUCKIN VEGAN MOZERELLA PIZZA!!! PEOPLE DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW FANTASTIC THIS IS!?!?!?! (oh and they have vegan spaghetti bolognese) 

 

Anyway, of course we got them all because we felt like splurging #noshame and it was all delicious! The soup was great, but a little filling. The salad was fresh and the pizza was BOMB. Probably the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had, hands down and that’s saying a lot my friends, because I’ve had a lotta vegan pizza in my stomach. 

Anyway, Bella and Monica got grapefruit lemonades which they loved and I had water because I’m a classy chica. So my overall review, GO! If you feel like splurging on a birthday lunch or coming somewhere cool with someone cool, I totes recommend dis place. 

And afterwards you can walk around the stores like we did and pretend like we were going to buy something even though we def didn’t have $7,000 to spend on a chique trench coat #goals
