Vegan at Buddha Bar- Paris, France

So, Monica’s friend Peter was staying with her during some of our stay, so on his last night, we went to a restaurant of his choice and it was Buddha Bar, a fancy, very popular, and trendy Japanese restaurant. Very similar to Nobu but not as basic and a tad more swanky #hilaryswanky

There weren’t many vegan things on the menu, but regardless, the vibes of the restaurant were super cool and the food we did get was amazing!!

For drinks, Bella and I both got a juice with passion fruit and lychee nekter, which was really yummy and refreshing. We also both tried alcoholic drinks since the drinking age is 18 in France #gowild #lol

For dinner, I had plain steamed rice with a side of teriyaki sauce it was legit some of the best rice and teriyaki sauce I’ve ever had! Like, I’m not even joking!

Bella had avocado rolls and the fried tofu dish. She loved both and I tried both. They were both yummayyy!

If you’re vegan, I wouldn’t say this is the number one spot in terms of food options, but if you have non-vegan friends in town, this is a really fun, trendy place to go with them and have some really good vegan options.

Also, there was a giant Buddha statue in the restaurant. Ok, so you see how content with life he looks? Legit that’s what I looked liked after dinner #truestorybro
